Shader based electrical swirl with particles

Everforest is a mobile game about restoring a forest by addressing various animal needs and ecological issues. By playing the game, actual trees get planted in the real world.

My role was as a technical artist. Mainly, creating VFX and shaders, troubleshooting technical issues for the art team and creating help docs. I collaborated with the engineers to develop systems for the game's unique and sometimes complex visual needs.

One of my favourite things to do was create Unity editor tools to solve problems such as level editing, marketing capture, asset unification and editor usability.
